This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully set up the Carerix integration with our platform. Please follow each step to ensure a smooth process.
Before the first initial sync, please make sure you have the following things prepared:
Recrubo Integration: Ensure that the Recrubo integration is enabled in your Carerix account. You can reach out to your contact at Carerix to enable this feature.
Webhooks: Ensure that webhooks are enabled in your Carerix account. This is essential for real-time syncing between Carerix and Recrubo. You can reach out to your contact at Carerix to enable this feature.
Admin Account: Ensure we have access to an admin account. This account is required for setting up important features such as document templates.
Once this is done, contact us and we will handle the technical setup on our side!
Please work with your team to determine which candidate and vacancy statuses you would like to sync between Carerix and Recrubo. Common statuses might include:
Candidates: "Active," "New," or "Available"
Vacancies: Open positions that are actively being recruited for
This ensures we only sync the data that’s important for your hiring processes. Once you have the statuses, simply send them to us, and we will handle the configuration.
Once the integration is active and the filters are configured on our side, we will perform an initial sync of your data while respecting the provided filters from step 2. After the initial sync, all further syncing is done instantly using webhooks. This ensures that your data stays up to date in real-time.
To complete the integration, we will set up the necessary document templates for you within Carerix. These templates enable Recrubo’s inbox and dashboard features within Carerix. There’s no action needed from your side — we’ll notify you once everything is ready.
After the initial setup, you can test the integration by opening candidate records within Carerix and verifying that Recrubo features, such as the inbox, are functioning as expected.
If any issues arise or additional data needs syncing, feel free to reach out to us. The sync happens instantly after the initial sync, so your data will remain updated in real-time.
