The Carerix Dynamic Flow Triggers automation enables you to automatically trigger specific custom flows based on various events in Carerix. These flows can be highly customized, and triggers can be set for specific resources such as candidates or matches.

Overview of Dynamic Flow Triggers

Dynamic flow triggers allow you to create automations that respond to updates or creations of specific resources within Carerix, such as CREmployee or CRMatch. You can trigger different flows based on custom conditions, including match phases and data nodes.

Example Use Cases:

  • Trigger a flow when a candidate's match status changes.

  • Automatically perform actions when an candidate’s status is updated.

  • Enrich candidate profiles based on specific criteria.

  • Candidate profile data check, e.g., missing phone number or email address or outdated information.

Creating a New Trigger

To create a new trigger, follow these steps:

  1. Start by clicking on the "Create new trigger" button in the Carerix Dynamic Flow Triggers section.

  1. Select the resource you want to monitor for changes. You can choose between:

    • CREmployee: for actions related to candidate data.

    • CRMatch: for actions based on candidate job matches.

  2. Choose the event you want to use as a trigger:

    • Created: Trigger the flow when a new resource is created.

    • Updated: Trigger the flow when an existing resource is updated.

  3. After selecting the event, choose the flow you want to trigger. The available flows will be listed in a dropdown menu. Only Carerix Flows will be shown for selection

Customizing Message Templates

When a flow is triggered, you can send predefined messages to candidates or employees. Choose from available message templates or create your own custom message for the automation.

  • Select Template: Choose a template from the dropdown. You will see a preview of the message.

Setting Up Conditions

Once you have selected your resource, event, and flow, you can specify conditions to further customize when the trigger should fire. You can stack multiple conditions to ensure precise control over your automation.

Available Conditions:

  • Match Phase: You can select a specific match phase that will trigger the flow if you are working with a CRMatch resource.

  • Data Node: Choose from available data fields to trigger actions when a field meets certain conditions (e.g., equals, contains).

In this example, we are triggering a flow based on the Kandidaat-status field when the value is set to "Geplaatst" (Placed).

Conclusion

By using Carerix Dynamic Flow Triggers, you can automate many repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and ensure that the right actions are taken based on the events happening within Carerix. Whether it’s updating a candidate’s status or sending out notifications, dynamic flows offer endless possibilities for customization.
