The Automations feature in Carerix allows you to set up powerful, event-driven workflows that help you streamline tasks and communications. These automations can be configured to trigger based on specific actions or conditions, such as status updates or interactions with candidates.

Where to Find Automations

You can access and manage automations in the Bot Studio. This is where all your automations are listed, and where you can create new workflows or edit existing ones to better suit your needs.

Pausing Automations

At any time, you can easily pause an automation by toggling it to the Paused state. This is useful when you need to temporarily stop an automation without deleting it. When an automation is paused, it will no longer trigger based on the conditions you have set.

To pause an automation:

  1. Navigate to the Bot Studio.

  2. Find the automation you want to pause.

  3. Toggle the automation’s status to Paused.

Once paused, you can resume the automation at any time by toggling it back to Active.

Carerix Flows

In addition to standard automations, Carerix Flows offer an advanced type of flow that interacts directly with your Carerix environment. These flows are highly versatile, with the ability to both read and update data directly in Carerix based on interactions with candidates or employees. You can trigger these flow by using the Dynamic flow triggers

Key Features of Carerix Flows:

  • Reading Data: Carerix flows can pull specific data from your Carerix environment. For example, when a candidate responds to a job alert, the flow can retrieve their current status, profile details, or job preferences.

  • Updating Data: Carerix flows also allow you to update data in real time. Based on a candidate’s responses during an interaction.
