Accessing and Navigating Recrubo

Once the Recrubo integration has been set up, you can easily access it in several places within Carerix. Below, we describe where to find the integration features in your Carerix environment.
The Recrubo integration will appear as a dashboard in Carerix. You can find the dashboard by navigating to the right-hand corner of the interface, where you’ll see the Recrubo dashboard item.
You’ll also find the Recrubo integration under the WhatsApp icon in the left menu of Carerix. This section provides access to the WhatsApp messaging features integrated with Recrubo, making it easy to manage communication with candidates.
By clicking on this icon, you will be taken to the interface where you can view and manage your WhatsApp conversations directly from within Carerix.
In addition, a WhatsApp tab will be available on each candidate’s profile. This tab allows you to interact with candidates via WhatsApp directly from their Carerix profile. You can view chat history, send messages, and manage conversations seamlessly.
This tab is visible whenever you open a candidate’s profile, ensuring that communication with candidates is accessible and efficient.
