Job Alert Automation

PreviousIntroductionNextGDPR Renewal Automation

Last updated 7 months ago

The Job Alert Automation feature in Recrubo allows you to automatically notify candidates of new job opportunities that match their profiles. The process is triggered by the Match Phase of a match in Carerix. This setup guide will help you configure the job alert automation to notify candidates based on their preferences and Match Phase.

Job Alert Overview

In the Job Alert Automation page, you will find a brief description of the automation. This automation helps automatically notify candidates of new job opportunities when a match phase in Carerix is updated.

On the right-hand side, you will see a preview of the messages that will be sent to the candidates. These messages are customizable to fit the tone and requirements of your job communications.

Setting Up the Automation

Step 1: Chatbot Language

First, select the language in which the AI chatbot will communicate with the candidates.

  • Choose the desired language from the dropdown list. This is the language that will be used when the chatbot interacts with candidates and responds to questions.

Step 2: Match Phase Trigger

Next, configure the Match Phase Trigger. This refers to the status in Carerix that will trigger the job alert automation. This can be an already existing status or you can create a Recrubo specific one.

  • Choose the match phase that will activate the automation. For example, when a candidate reaches a certain phase in the recruitment process (e.g., "Interessecheck via Recrubo"), the system will automatically notify the candidate about a relevant job opportunity.

Step 3: Job Alert Message

In this section, you can configure the message template that will be sent to candidates.

  • Job alert message template: Select a pre-defined template or create a new one. The message will automatically pull in dynamic data such as the Candidate Name and Job Title.

Handling Candidate Responses

Depending on what the Candidate replies we can process this in Carerix by updating the match phase status. These can be any status present in your Carerix implementation and do not have to be especially created for Recrubo.

Step 4: Interested Status

Define what should happen if a candidate shows interest in the job alert.

  • Choose the Interested Status in Carerix (e.g., "wel interesse (recrubo)") to update the candidate's status when they express interest in the opportunity.

Step 5: Declined Interest Status

If the candidate is not interested, you can set up the Declined Interest Status.

  • Select the phase to update the candidate’s status to indicate a lack of interest (e.g., "geen interesse (recrubo)").

Step 6: Unresponsive Status

You can also define what happens when a candidate does not respond to the job alert.

  • Choose an appropriate status (e.g., "geen reactie (recrubo)") for unresponsive candidates.

Customizing Follow-up Messages

Step 7: Interested Message

If a candidate shows interest, an automatic message will be sent.

  • You can customize the message, thanking them for their interest and explaining the next steps.

Step 8: Declined Message

For candidates who decline the opportunity, a follow-up message can be sent.

  • Customize this message to acknowledge their response and indicate that you’ll keep them in mind for future opportunities.

Updating the Job Alert automation

If something in your process changes you can update the parameters of the Job Alert by going to the automation store page and clicking the "Edit" button in the right corner

Conclusion

After completing the setup, the job alert automation will ensure candidates are notified of relevant job opportunities based on their profile. You can monitor responses and adjust the status accordingly in Carerix, all while letting Recrubo handle the messaging and updates.
